Take Action on Paid Family Leave in Maryland

The Maryland General Assembly passed the Time to Care Act in 2022, which establishes a statewide paid family and medical leave program to ensure that workers don't have to choose between their job and caring for themselves or their loved ones. The Maryland General Assembly now needs to pass additional legislation to ensure that the program is implemented effectively.
